Tevo X-Axis Base-Plate + Fan-Duct

I designed this custom sled because the standard one overhangs too much. To get the hot-end as close as possible to the 2040-profile, I had to extend the base plate from 7cm to 9cm, allowing it to fit between the two front-rolls. So, keep in mind: you'll lose 2cm of workspace on the x-axis! (1cm at each side) The longer sled also makes it more stable and less wobbly, which is a welcome improvement. There are two versions of this design. The first one combines the base plate and fan-duct into a single STL file (x_sled (base+fanduct).stl), while the second version breaks them down into separate files: x_sled_base.stl and x_sled_fan-duct.stl. Version 1 is likely to be much sturdier, but Version 2 is easier to print. For Version 2, you'll need two M3-screws to connect the fan-duct to the base plate. Print Settings: Printer: Tevo Tarantula Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: I printed the fan-duct with the plate attached in a way that allows you to screw on the fan towards the heat bed, and also applied an 8mm brim.
