Key specifications for this adapter are as follows: Material: High-quality PETG Printing settings: Layer Height: 0.1 mm (100 microns) Infill: 100% density Supports: None required Additional materials needed: 2 small zip ties To ensure seamless installation, follow these step-by-step instructions: PRE-SETUP: Prior to assembly, carefully remove the short piece of metal from the hot end housing as illustrated in accompanying pictures. This can be achieved by flexing and unflexing the section repeatedly until it breaks off. Exercise caution when handling sharp metal edges; sanding is highly recommended. 1. Remove the stock part cooler duct attached to the fan on the right side of the hot end housing by unscrewing the two small screws located at the bottom corners of the fan. 2. Mount the TEVO Tornado Zimpure Adapter to its original mounting position, replacing the part cooler duct. Secure the adapter using the two screws previously removed. 3. Insert one small zip tie into each hole at the top of the Zimpure Adapter's barrel (visible in pictures below). Weave these zipties through the openings of the hot end housing as depicted in the accompanying images. 4. Tighten the zip ties until the Zimpure Adapter is positioned at least 2 millimeters above the nozzle tip. If this clearance cannot be achieved, dismount the adapter and sand the flat bottom of the print. Repeat steps 1-4 until the desired clearance is attained.
