I'm excited to share my progress with the Tevo Tornado Y-Axis Linear Bracket MGN12H-MGN9C-SC8UU. I decided to go with the MGN12H, and it turned out amazing. I even added a belt groove to make the most of the bed space. I'll post more images and videos once I'm ready to put it to the test. You need to scale down the model by 10%. Here are the dimensions: Model Dimensions: X = 20mm Y = 14mm Z = 1.5mm TT_MGN12H_v5_Fixed_Belt_Knotch.stl The MGN12H/MGN9C & SC8UU Bracket doesn't go all the way forward due to hitting the assembly that holds the belt swivel. I created a mod that allows it to move 35-40mm forward. I'll be sharing this mod soon. I only redid the MGN12H & MGN9C because the SC8UU & SC16UU didn't make sense. The Y-Carriage and Plate are raised too high, so I decided to drill holes into the Y-Carriage instead. It's now about the same height as the original method. I was going to attach the SC8UU Guide Ride to the Front/Rear Extruders, but it seemed weak. I abandoned this approach. For the MGN12H/MGN9C, a 500mm MGN Rail won't fit exactly due to the screw holes for the last bolt hole not matching the extruders' front and rear. To strengthen the rail and make it fit, you'll need two 2020 20x20mm T-slot V-slot Frame Aluminum Extrusion Cut to 460mm. These will add strength and help with alignment. I got these for under $20 USD (including shipping) on eBay. I also recommend using 45°/90° Anchors to add even more strength. I decided to attach the SC16UU directly to the Y-Carriage Frame, securing it with 1/2" Pipe Wall Clamps. This dramatically lowered the Y-Frame to almost its original height. I'll post pics and videos once the Y-Carriage Frame and SC16UU are back from the machine shop. The Pillow Blocks can be moved more towards the center to accommodate large bed leveling knobs. Since I'm using ABL and a fixed bed, I have my blocks pretty wide. I'll work on this some more.
