Tevo Tornado Three 40mm fan cooling ducts with BLTouch Mount
thingiverse
This is a remake of the original setup with a BLTouch mount added to it. No modifications were made to the original configuration, only the addition of a BLTouch mount required longer screws and I don't have exact measurements yet but will get them when I disassemble it again and update this post. This build was a bit of a challenge but it works flawlessly now. The front fan is a 24v 40mmx10mm fan while the top two fans are 12v wired in series, each being 40mm x 10mm fans. If you already have a BLTouch setup installed on your printer, you'll need to adjust the sensing points in the firmware as this mount offsets the BLTouch more than standard mounts do. I printed the BLTouch mount laying it flat and attached supports to it, resulting in a successful build without needing any additional support for the air ducts. The Fusion 360 files are included for anyone who wants to edit them and make custom changes to fit their specific needs. UPDATE: I added an updated Marlin Firmware that's compatible with the new mount, and this setup is now working smoothly. If you're unsure about how to upload firmware, check out this YouTube video at https://youtu.be/mBwHGuX5de8 - simply follow the steps without making any changes to the firmware.
