Tevo Tornado Rear Frame Brace
thingiverse
I had designed and mounted custom frame support brackets from another project. However, I encountered problems with these being positioned in front, obstructing my view. Therefore, I decided to relocate them to the backside. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any suitable solution that met my requirements, so I created my own. To accomplish this task, I utilized two 5/16"x36" threaded rods, each cut to a length of 26 inches. Additionally, I employed one package containing 76mmx13mm flat corner brackets, which consisted of four individual units. Two of these brackets were then doubled up on each rear corner to provide maximum support. To secure the brackets in place, I utilized washers, lock washers, double nuts, and locking nuts as needed. Furthermore, I used cap nuts on the rod ends for added stability. One leftover 10" rod piece from the top left frame was also repurposed to serve as a support for my spool holder, which will be featured in an upcoming publication soon.
