Tevo Tornado Mosquito hotend mount
thingiverse
This is a mount specifically designed for the Mosquito Hotend on the Tevo Tornado. To assemble it, simply use the screws and fan provided in the stock kit. For optimal results, print this part using high-temperature materials like PETG; however, PLA also works as an alternative. The reason PETG excels is due to its increased rigidity. The design for this part was created using SolidWorks, which is included here along with instructions on how to open it in other CAD software such as Fusion 360. I've had excellent results with the Mosquito Hotend, successfully printing Thermec Zed at a scorching 320 degrees Celsius without any issues. To ensure proper assembly, align the part's flat side with holes facing downwards onto your build plate.
