Tevo Tornado Fuser Box Fan Diffuser One of the biggest issues I encountered with the tornado was layer separation or splitting printing ABS. After several attempts and numerous parameter changes, I realized that all the problems stemmed from the Fusor fan. Even when I disabled the layer fan, the Fusor fan continued to generate an air stream. I then disassembled the fan and printed multiple parts. Instantly, all issues disappeared. Next, I came up with a diffuser design to direct airflow into the correct position. After scouring Thingiverse for models, I found several designs but none maintained the original green protection box's integrity. While it is true that this modification compromises the optimal Fuser fan positioning, I decided to preserve the protective box since my printer was still relatively new. To address this, I created a custom diffuser. It attaches to the Fusor fan with extended screws and covers the heat sink as well. I have subsequently added a new version (v3) of the diffuser. This iteration allows air to escape through the Tevo Tornado's lateral box grille, thereby enhancing heat dissipation.
