TEVO Tornado, Flash or CR-10 Bed Leveling Spoke Wheel Adjuster
thingiverse
Some of us tap into our creative right brain while others rely on their analytical left brain. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, with a strong visual and tactile sense that drives me to level my bed just so. I find it impossible to gauge the distance each wheel leveler has moved using those other devices, but I can tell by the subtle angle or feel of the adjustment. In fact, my design is based on seven distinct segments that correspond to a 0.1mm shift for every degree change in arm position. One STL file features thick spokes with an "UP" marker on each one, printed according to my original specifications. After witnessing how it mounts, you can easily opt for lighter and faster print settings. A second STL file offers a thinner profile with fewer "UP"s. The stock knob fits snugly into place from the bottom, providing a secure hold that requires only gentle coaxing – perhaps a light hammer blow or a socket to drive it home. It's no secret that this design bears an uncanny resemblance to a snowflake.
