To create the bearing for the pulley, you will need to fabricate components with the following measurements: outer diameter (OD) of 13mm, inner diameter (ID) of 4mm, and a thickness (B) of 4mm. The filament sensor itself is a budget-friendly option available from various online retailers, such as 3DWare.ch. This particular model is designed for use with 1.75mm filaments. To convert it into a usable sensor for your printer, you will need to remove its protective cover.
