11.2.21: Now uses bushings to a) make better interface between screw and guide and b) add ability to adjust axial position of ring in guide (by using different bushings on each side) The ring has now a larger diameter and the guide was changed a little to add a better constrained path to the filament to make it easier to insert. The guide itself now features an M5 thread on one side (that side was also made 1mm thicker to add strength) so you just need one M5 screw to screw down the ring to the guide (hex nut not needed anymore). Add one bushing to each side of the bearing. The nominal bushing is the 0,8mm one. Use different ones to adjust the axial spacing of the ring in the guide if you have problems with clearance. Note: You can use this guide without the micro switch and add it later of you wish Note2: Check ease of filament path by inserting a scrap piece before mounting. Two M2,5 screws to mount the micro switch. The two holes above the micro switch are useful to fix the cable with a zip tie Might work on CR10 style frames as well.
