Tevo Tornado filament and teflon tube bracket
thingiverse
Filament/teflon tube holder for Tevo Tornado. This holder fits filament or teflon tubes 1.75mm and 3mm perfectly. To ensure the teflon tubes stay securely in place, they must fit tightly into the roulette holes to prevent slipping out during retraction. To achieve this, I designed multiple diameters of the roulette holes, catering to printers with varying degrees of accuracy in hole diameter printing. If your printer struggles to print accurate holes, you can either print the holes slightly smaller and use a round file to enlarge them until they fit snugly or simply design the holes with more diameters. When printing this part, do not recommend printing it straight up. The holder may break if you don't use strong filament due to excessive friction during retraction. To avoid this issue, I suggest printing the part lying lengthwise. This orientation allows for a stronger bond between the layers in the direction where the most friction will occur during printing. You'll need several components to assemble this holder: * 1 x M3x31-35mm screw (depending on the thickness of your washer) * 1 x M3x38-40mm screw (depending on the thickness of your washer) * 2 x M3 washers - These can be scaled and printed to any desired thickness if you need longer screws. To print this part, I used PLA with a layer height of 0.2mm, printing speed of 3600mm/m, 25% infill percentage, and four outline/perimeter shells.
