TPU prints buckling in your TEVO Tornado's extruder? Fix it now!! This insert replaces the stock extruder, pushing the PTFE tube through to the gears and preventing TPU from buckling in your extruder. I printed this insert in PLA at 100% infill and it works flawlessly with Sainsmart TPU (my go-to flexible filament). Remove the extruder, take off the cover, swap out the existing insert for this one, push the PTFE tube all the way through to the tip of the new insert. Next, pull both inserts and the TPU out of the extruder housing. Trim the end of the PTFE tube to match the profile of the end of the insert. Use a sharp scalpel or fine-tip cutters for best results. Reassemble everything and start printing flexible parts with confidence!
