Tevo Tornado Direct Drive Adapter Mount

This is an adapter mount that converts the Tevo Tornado into a direct drive feed system with ease. To do this conversion, you won't need any extra screws or mounting hardware - just two simple zip-ties will do the trick. First, remove the extruder stepper motor and gear box from their side mount by unscrewing them, then screw them securely into the adapter. Don't forget to add some cable relief to the outside of the gearbox for a smooth finish. Next, cut the PTFE tubing down to about 3-4 inches in length, then insert it tightly into both the hotend and gearbox. Once they're snugly in place, slide them together until they fit perfectly. After that, screw in the two screws that attach the adapter to the x carriage plate securely. Finally, mount the part cooling fan and hotend cooling fan by screwing them in, then zip tie the wires tightly to the cable relief for a neat and tidy finish.
