This remix takes the best from 3DPrintNOVA's outstanding model and puts its own spin on it. The result is a 3/8ths shank hole designed to accommodate a different gauge than the original. I chose the $14.45 Triton 1 Dial Indicator with 0.001" graduation, featuring a travel lug back white face, which was conveniently available through Amazon Prime. Theoretically, any other 3/8ths shank gauge could be used in its place. To perfect the fit, I printed this design three times, making adjustments as needed. If you find that your print is too loose, a small drop of Elmer's glue or a glue stick should do the trick. Conversely, if it's just a hair too tight, a 3/8ths drill bit might be all it takes to get it just right.
