Tevo Tornado/Creality CR10 X Belt Tensioner

Tevo Tornado/Creality CR10 X Belt Tensioner

thingiverse

This upgrade streamlines the aggravating X idler bracket on the Tevo Tornado, CR10, and other extrusion-based 3D printers, drawing inspiration from my Y bracket design available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4190514. To assemble this upgrade, you'll need one M4x22mm SHCS, an M5x25mm hex head screw, and a nut for each. To strike a balance between strength and compactness, I had to devise an unconventional method of assembling the main tensioner bracket and sled, but even without visual guidance, it's not overly complicated. This design demands no support material and can be printed in under two hours, yielding all four parts (three if you're utilizing a different idler with a 4mm bore, rather than the standard two-part 8mm bore). As this design is still undergoing extensive testing, I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions to ensure its compatibility across various printers.
