Tevo Tornado/CR10 larger hotend fan adaptor (for Petsfang)

My Tornado (2017) hotend fan seemed extremely loud, so I tried replacing it with a quieter one, but it was still too loud for my ears. Since smaller fans are known to produce more decibels per cubic meter because they have to rotate much faster, I bought a massive fan (80x80x20mm from a well-known company) and designed an adapter to connect it to my hotend. The adapter is designed to work with Petsfang but should work with any type of fang where a 40x40mm fan is directed outside. With some extra effort, it could even work with the stock fang, however you would need to cut the "fan grid" which should already reduce noise, and fix the nuts to the "stock fang". Bill of materials: - an 80x80mm fan (obviously) - 4x M3 screws to fix your huge fan to the adapter; some fans have "open" screw holes like mine, others will require you to penetrate the entire fan thickness with the screw. The required length can be calculated as "length-for-fan plus 10mm" - this way you can add nuts (I recommend nylocs) to the fixture in case self-tapped thread does not hold - 4x M3 screws to fix the adapter to the "basis". For Petsfang, use M3x10 or M3x12. - some cable ties to fix the fan cables Assembly is easy but takes some time. If you have a fancy electric screwdriver like ES120, good for you, but you will still need a regular wrench (like the one which came with your Tornado) for the hotend-side attachment. Keep in mind that the adapter is asymmetric; you need to mount it "bent upwards". I also designed a version with screws inside where you could more comfortably access them, but in that version, you would need to unscrew the big fan every time you need to unmount the adapter. You should print with supports everywhere and face the adapter with the fan side to the build plate or touching it, and face the hotend side away from the build plate.
