Tevo Tornado / CR-10 : support for Y-axis stepper motor with vibration damper

This support strengthens the engine Y stepper motor's grip. It is engineered to work seamlessly with bed wire strain reliefs (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920581) and a vibration damper attached to the back of the motor. The assembly process doesn't demand long screws; standard screws suffice, such as M3 4 / 6 / 10 mm. Two pieces are needed to print. Infill should be set at 80%, with layers of 0.2 mm.
