This design has been circulating among enthusiasts for quite some time now, but I'm afraid I've lost track of who originally conceived it. As soon as I saw the CR-10 logos plastered all over it, I knew it wouldn't fly with my Tornado printer. So, I took matters into my own hands and gave the model a complete overhaul. I also decided to switch out the screw holes for M5 ones, which should provide a tighter fit. When I was fine-tuning the bed leveling on my Tevo Tornado using a dial indicator, I noticed something peculiar - even minimal pressure would cause the frame to sag noticeably. While this might seem like a minor issue at first glance, it can indeed affect the initial layers of your prints. To counteract this problem, I designed these supports to keep the frame rigid against the table. The short design allows for 3mm silicone or TPU pads to be installed underneath, effectively isolating the supports and printer from vibrations that might travel through the table.
