Tevo Tornado ALL Axis XYZ Linear Rail (May Work With Others e.g. CR10
thingiverse
I crafted a mod for my trusty Tevo Tornado that could potentially work on CR10s as well. The X axis boasts a robust setup, featuring a 400mm MGN12H linear rail with one carriage. Meanwhile, the Y axis is equipped with two 450mm MGN12H rails, each paired with two carriages. The Z axis utilizes two 500mm MGN12H rails, supported by a single carriage and two 500mm 8mm lead screws. I've specified 16-tooth GT2 pulleys for both X and Y belts. To ensure smooth operation, I've incorporated two 608 bearings into the lead screw stabilizers. Step files are included to facilitate modifications, and this design is optimized to use no support except for the extruder mount. I'm utilizing an SKR 1.3 board paired with TMC2130 drivers and sensorless homing capabilities, which is why there's no need for X or Y endstop mounts.
