Tevo Titan Megalopolis Extruder

The Megalopolis is a revision of my earlier "Titan extruder body remix" and and uses a TEVO TITAN kit for the gears and upper gear drive part of the assembly. I wanted something that had a solid chassis that all the components were consolidated to, a deflector to divert the heat sink fan air away from effecting the print, and also added parts for Smart BL touch 1.3. Megalopolis uses all the same hardware from the Titan extruder remix, and a few more M3 bolts are needed for BL touch and Deflector cover [listed below]. Visit our Face Book group "Advanced 3d Printers DIY etc." for more interesting projects, updates, and cool info! https://www.facebook.com/groups/654376588508661 ---PARTS NEEDED--- *ORIGIONAL Tevo Titan Extruder Kit [this will include your stepper motor, hobbed gear, large and small gear sets, two bearing for the hobbed unit, and the hardware for the upper half of the case] [Parts below here are additional to the Titan Extruder Body Remix FYI] *Two M3 bolts 10mm length [for deflector] *Four M3 bolts 20mm length [optional for extruder fan to add BL touch bracket] *Two M3 bolts 6mm length [optional for the BL touch to mount TO its bracket] *Three M4 bolts 30mm length [two to clamp the the Jhead Heatsink into the upper case, one for the Tensioner Lever pivot point on the upper case] *Two M4 nuts [press into the back side of the upper case for the Jhead Heatsink clamping bolts [optional because you can thread the bolts into the plastic aslo]] *One 6mm Grub Screw 4-6mm length [this will replace your Tensioner Lever set screw for applying spring pressure to Tensioner Lever arm.] Post Processing required ---The diameter of all the bolt holes in this design were made smaller than the bolts required so that you can thread bolts into the plastic. [I prefer actually threading the plastic with a tap first to prevent the plastic from splitting.]
