Recreate design as originally printed in two sections. The link to the frame was disconnected from the bar. I revised it and added a slight angle to the exposed surfaces. Once installed it reduced Z-axis deflection/vibration significantly on my own machine. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Will likely work on other printers that use 2020, 2040 extrusion. Print Settings Printer: Tevo Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: I used 0.24 Infill: 0.2 (20%) Notes: I printed mine with Gold PLA at 195 degrees, and 50 degree bed (no enclosure required)
