This is my bracket design with adjustable bearing supports to help align the leadscrew and also remove the load of the Z coupling, which improves the Z movement significantly. The bottom bearing support uses one thrust bearing (10x18x5.5) and a printed collar that holds the weight and removes the load from the coupling completely. I designed two lower brackets - one with base and another without it. Most people use the brackets from Robcad with base, but I opted for modified Robcad's brackets with no base so that the entire printer structure is flat on a wooden base. The top bracket remains untested, featuring an adjustable (radial) bearing support to help align the leadscrew. If the lower bracket is used, then the collar for the upper bracket becomes unnecessary. These designs are based on Jim Marks' work, which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1676571. Before printing, rotate the parts in your slicer so that they lay correctly. Since these designs are under test, any suggestions or modifications are welcome.
