Tevo Tarantula Y carriage strengthened arms
thingiverse
This is a remix of the arms from [this y carriage](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2730391), and you'll need to get every other part from it to complete the assembly. I had a lot of trouble printing these arms correctly due to that little unnecessary elevated part on the tip where the spring rests, so I removed it. All the holes in them were making them extremely weak, so I filled all of them up as well. Now they are truly stronger than the originals. You can now print them upside-down without any support, and have a lot of control over how sturdy they are by using the infill amount. I printed mine in PETG at 25% infill, but if you're printing in PLA, be sure to use 100% infill. Note: Please excuse the picture quality, as I had the resolution set incorrectly when I took them. Edit: I added the "v4" arms, which are a simple modification I made to strengthen them even further. However, I haven't printed those yet, since the V3 worked just fine for me, but they did seem possibly weak at the center of the curve. So I removed the curve on one side and made it square, now they shouldn't flex at all.
