Tevo Tarantula X Rail Support (Brackets)

After creating the Vertical X Carriage with 3 wheels (more stable), I decide to change the brackets that hold the X rail to a 3 wheel system as well. Besides the better stability, you have only one eccentric nut to adjust, making it easier and more precise. * Assembling: Sorry, but to keep it small and as light weight as possible, I had to sacrifice the assembling. It's not as easy as I'd like but if I did it, you can too! ;-p Place the 3 hex nuts Put the M4 screws and t nuts in place. Don't tighten it yet. Assemble the wheels as you did originally. (leave one loose, doing this it's possible to place the bracket on the vertical rail from the back instead sliding it from the top) Tighten the wheels and adjust the eccentric nut Place the X Rail and tight the 2 M4 screws you can see (2 screws are behind the vertical rail) Loose one wheel and remove the whole assemble to gain access to the 2 M4 screws hidden. Tighten those 2 M4 screws. Now the X Rail is properly installed and the brackets are fixed with the proper distance between them Put everything back in place Tighten the loose wheels Readjust the eccentric nut ===== If you'd like to support me you can post a make, comment and/or pay me a coffee at PayPal
