I've been working on a three-wheeled carriage design and I'm really impressed with the integrated belt tensioner feature in this latest iteration. This is still a work-in-progress, but I wanted to share it with you now so we can get some feedback before making any final adjustments. If anyone's interested, I've included the Fusion files for you to take a closer look. I just uploaded an updated version of the carriage design - I've made a few tweaks and strengthened the overall structure. To ensure a precise fit, make sure your 3D printer is calibrated accurately, as the carrier adjuster can be quite finicky. You might need to adjust the scale by up to 1% to get the best fit possible.
