I needed a reliable belt tensioner on my X axis, but every project I found here compromised one of the carriages on the Z axis. This design attaches seamlessly using just one screw that holds the wheel and two secure points on the X axis frame. Simply press one side against the carriage, then tighten the wheel back in place. The prototype model has already been tested and is working perfectly, but some holes may need to be enlarged or adjusted slightly. The STL files provided contain a refined version of the design. To install this mod, you'll require: * 1 x M5 screw at least 50mm long with a nut head and nut for belt tensioning * 2 x M4 screws that are 10-12mm long * 2 x M4 T-Nuts * 1 x M4 screw that's 20-30mm long (a nut head is preferred, but it can be modified if necessary) * 1 x M4 lock nut
