Redesign the X carriage to fit snugly on the wider side of the X axis extrusion profile, thereby boosting its rigidity and stability. This adjustment leaves the carriage width unchanged, ensuring it still takes full advantage of the printing surface. Three wheels are utilized to save valuable space while maintaining a solid foundation for the carriage. The carriage features a BL Touch for seamless auto bed leveling. Hole dimensions were carefully copied from "TEVO Tarantula with ANTCLABS BLTouch" by ANTCLABS (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1895196). To ensure accurate alignment, note that the offset between the hotend and BL Touch is X=25mm & Y=0mm in design; actual measurements should be taken after assembly to confirm. Several latches strategically placed beneath the carriage keep the BL Touch wires securely in place. The existing design makes use of a cable organiser tube provided with the Tevo Tarantula, although it's planned to switch to a cable chain in future revisions. The limit microswitch is mounted on the end of the X axis, and its wire runs along the back of the extrusion profile, sealed by an extrusion slot cover for added protection. To print the microswitch bracket successfully, support material may be necessary; however, it's not strictly required for the carriage body and bracket but can prove helpful nonetheless.
