While swapping out the nozzle, I inadvertently snapped the x-axis carriage - fortunately, I was able to repair it with glue and print this replacement component. I searched everywhere for an off-the-shelf X carriage that matched my requirements, but none of them had the exact dimensions I needed since they all lacked a fan and sensor attachment, so I made sure to replicate the original design as closely as possible.
