Tevo Tarantula Slim Fan Duct

There are many fan duct designs for Tevo Tarantula out there that may perform quite well, but most of them have one major problem - they reduce the available space in X direction on the right side of the bed by around 15-20 mm. With the stock configuration, the X carriage is able to go up to 5 mm from the edge, which I wanted to keep in mind. That's when an idea for a slim fan duct came to my mind. With the third version, I realized that narrowing along the fan and especially the outlet was too narrow and significantly reduced the blast power of the radial fan. The next versions resolved this problem and included some other improvements: https://youtu.be/YQ-9-jISR-M The duct is designed for 5015 radial fans and dedicated to single stock hotends. The fan should fit tightly, but if it's a bit loose, it can be strapped to the arm. It's best to print without supports, ideally in ABS or other high temperature filaments with 3 walls (0.4 nozzle). There are three versions: - Single left or right - This version is enough to effectively cool down the print when the fan runs at 100%. - Dual - This version seems too effective and I recommend running both fans at 50-75% max. Pick one of your choice, print, and install with the original fan screws. UPDATE: July 15, 2018 - Uploaded v7 which allows installation of proximity sensor SN04 or BLTouch directly to the heat sink.
