UPDATED: Added a second tensioner for a Gates GT2 idle This is a remix of the x axis tensioner by ivango2, but I encountered an issue with the original fitting and pivoting around the bolt head for the z axis wheels so I expanded the pivot 2mm. To get the 4mm bolt to start threading into it, I had to drill the idler bolt hole slightly larger. Therefore, I updated the idler bolt hole to make it easier to install the bolt. I narrowed the idler gap slightly so that the idler fits snugly with the pulley. If the gap is too tight, a little light sanding can be done. The body of the tensioner was modified to provide more material for the idler bolt to bite into. The tensioner's back is flat, allowing it to print without supports. Since the original knob was not deep enough for the carriage bolts I had, I made it deeper. I increased the diameter of the end cap and made it a bit deeper so that it should snap into the knob. Parts needed: 1 - 5/16" x 1.5" carriage bolt 1 - 5/16 nut Idler pulley and screw from the original kit without the nut, washer or spacer Parts needed for tensioner with Gates Powergrip 2GT 20 Tooth Idler: 1 - 5/16" x 1.5" carriage bolt 1 - 5/16 nut Gates Powergrip 2GT 20 Tooth Idler and M5 x 20 socket head cap screw Printed on my TTP for use on my TTP.
