I've updated the tensioner due to structural issues, now thickening the component that supports the pulley, thereby improving tension support. To execute this upgrade, you'll need a 5/16" x 1.5" carriage screw (refer to photo). The solution also incorporates pulleys and a series screw for optimal function. Additionally, I'm currently developing a tensioner design for axis "y", which will be published shortly.
