This is a RS style upgrade for your Tevo Tarantula Pro. Front Cover: Print these in the orientation supplied and it's advisable to print one at a time to ensure the best possible quality. This design is specifically designed to use the MKS TFT35 V1. Print at 0.2 layer height. The front right and left pieces don't need supports, but the center trim piece needs only build plate support. CA glue is needed in post-processing to make one piece out of two halves, then glue the center piece on top. Some M4 or M5 bolts and t-nuts are required for mounting. Additionally, a SD card extension cable will be necessary due to the MKS TFT35 SD card being located on the side. X Axis Mounts: These upgrades are optional, but some users may say that replacing aluminum parts with printed ones can introduce slop and cause rigidity problems for your machine. However, I have been using these for a while now and haven't noticed any change in print quality or machine stability. Print at 0.2 layer height. No supports are needed. The x-axis track has been widened slightly to distribute the weight better, so a longer belt will be required. A temporary belt clip is included to keep you printing if you need to order a new belt. Use these upgrades at your own risk; I am not responsible for any reduction in print quality or stability with your machine. These upgrades will mostly use stock bolts and require two eyelets to be removed from the left-hand stock mount to fit correctly. Additionally, fairly large washers are needed on either side of the idler to provide support when mounting the belt. TT Style Hotend Cover: This is a direct replacement for the stock hotend cover, requiring only longer screws for fan mounting. Print at 0.2 layer height. Print as oriented and may need some supports depending on your machine's quality. I printed without supports with minimal drooping on overhangs, which can be trimmed in post-processing. X Endstop Mount: Print at 0.2 layer height. No supports are needed. Use PETG for the best results... Happy printing!
