Tevo Tarantula Pro Reset Button
thingiverse
The Tevo Tarantula Pro is a fantastic FDM printer, but unfortunately, some essential parts or modifications aren't included. Theoretically, you can print those parts yourself using the TTPro, but if you want that "factory look" for your parts, you'll need to use a resin printer. I used an Elegoo Mars, which I highly recommend, but feel free to choose what works best for you. This reset button isn't strictly necessary, but it simplifies life when you have to use the reset function! So I designed my own. No more paper-clips, screwdrivers, or other unsuitable tools poking down the hole in the front panel... Just push a button! The STL file may need to be rotated in your slicer of choice so that the bottom of the button is facing down on the printing plate/base. Check out the attached image of the part placed in ChituBox for an example of what worked for me, and should work for you too. If printed with a resin printer, even when properly placed on the build plate, you will need to add supports and a raft to make the buttons stick to the build plate. See the attached picture for a suggestion on how to place your supports around the bottom edge. I wouldn't recommend printing this button on an FDM printer, or the TTPro itself, as you'll probably lose all detail on the button's label, but it's up to you! <u>Parts List</u> 1x Elegoo Mars Printer (optional) https://amzn.to/2mo6Pkj 1x Elegoo Clear Red Resin (optional) https://amzn.to/2oLilaf
