This remix of Radial Fan Fang by Lion4H is designed specifically for Tevo Tarantula Pro and utilizes a 5015 radial blower fan. An overhang on the fang arms requires printing with supports for optimal results. A screenshot of PrusaSlicer is attached, showing minimal support placement. One test print was done without support (100% fans), but it worked despite looking ugly, so I recommend using supports. The fan mount has been widened to increase its sturdiness, as I accidentally broke one earlier test print. This configuration is quieter than the stock fans and weighs the same as them. Testing shows a well-defined sphere of air around the nozzle, with bridging test prints appearing excellent. UPDATE! I have updated the fan port so that it fits a 5015 fan better, and also made the legs of the port thicker to prevent cracking when installing an M4 x 25 bolt to hold the fan. The mount has been cleaned up to avoid protruding into the ports. Additionally, I created a 40mm to 30mm fan adapter so that you can install a 40mm fan on this setup. You will need to print both the 30mm spacer replacing the existing fan and the 30-40 adapter. The 30-40 adapter has overhangs in both directions and requires supports for good results. Four M3 x 25 bolts are needed to mount the fang to the hot end, as stock bolts are too short. You will also need four M3 x 12 bolts to mount the 40mm fan to the adapter.
