This filament spool holder was designed specifically for the TEVO Tarantula Pro, but will also work on any 3D printer featuring a top extrusion of 20X20mm, or 20X40, 60, or 80mm with the 20mm side facing upwards. It is compatible with v-slot and t-slot extrusions. It is an ideal solution for anyone using a TEVO Tarantula Pro, as this kit often lacks a built-in filament holder. The provided spool holder on the SD card may not be satisfactory for some users. This new spool holder positions the spool out of the way of the x-axis regardless of the z height. This minimalist design requires no supports and can be printed in approximately six hours. No special print settings are necessary, although using a brim can make the printing process more comfortable. After printing, carefully remove the bridge tower at the mounting end using a knife, as depicted in the pictures. Next, use an M5x15 bolt and a T-nut from your Tarantula Pro kit's extra parts bag to mount the spool holder to your printer, as shown, or position it wherever you feel most convenient. If there is any doubt about whether this spool holder can be accommodated by your printer, a small test mount is included for verification.
