This filament spool holder is specifically designed for the TEVO Tarantula Pro, but can also be used on any other 3D printer featuring a 20X20mm extrusion on top or a 20X40, 60, or 80mm extrusion with the 20mm side facing up. It works seamlessly with v-slot or t-slot extrusions. It's perfect for anyone using the TEVO Tarantula Pro because, as you've likely noticed, the kit doesn't come with a built-in filament holder and the one supplied on the SD card is lacking in quality. This spool holder positions the spool out of the way of the x-axis regardless of z height. This minimalist design requires no supports and takes approximately 6 hours to print, without needing any special print settings. If you prefer using a brim, feel free to do so for added security. After printing, remove the bridge tower at the mounting end using a knife (exercise caution), as shown in the pictures. Then attach the spool holder to your printer using an M5x15 bolt and a T-nut provided in the extra parts bag of your Tarantula Pro kit, or mount it in any position you prefer. If you're unsure whether your printer can accommodate this spool holder, a small test mount is included for your convenience. Additionally, I recommend printing out this filament guide and installing it on your printer to prevent the filament from rubbing against the plastic parts of the titan extruder that comes with the Tarantula Pro, which could potentially damage it. Designed for the TEVO Tornado, but also works flawlessly with the Tarantula Pro.
