Tevo Tarantula Modular X Carriage for Openbuild wheels & Extrusion

Adjusted the Tevo Tarantula Modular X Car Basic X Carriage to suit Openbuild wheels and aluminum extrusion. The Openbuild wheels fit snugly in the V-Slots, but the increased spacing makes it difficult to secure them with wheel bolts and nuts. Important note: This modification was initially created as a solution for an issue with my Tevo kit. However, I later discovered that the problem lay in the stock wheels included with my second kit, which had a slightly narrower cut. To avoid any confusion, please refer to the original design posted on thingirob's page at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1438795 for accurate instructions. This modified carriage is still untested and unverified, but it should theoretically accommodate Openbuild wheels and extrusion better, as they fit deeper in their respective systems. Additional features include 3mm and 5mm holes for potential add-ons, such as hotend adapters or other necessary accessories.
