Tevo Tarantula logo for 2020 profile
thingiverse
A Tarantula logo is designed to attach to the top beam of a 3D printer. It was inspired by CheopisIV's concept on the RepRap forum. The logo comes in two parts: the frame, which should be printed with black filament and secured with 2 M4 grub screws, and the colored insert that matches your chosen color scheme. To assemble the logo, you don't necessarily need screws; instead, you can use allen screws for a sleeker look. Additionally, some internal LED lighting can be added to enhance the bling factor of the design. You also have the option to print a single-colored frame without the insert, resulting in a black Tarantula logo. A 4mm thick version of the logo is available, featuring short pegs that sit close to the 2020 profile. Alternatively, you can opt for an 8mm or SLIM 4mm version, which will be positioned 2mm away from the beam. A prototype has already been printed with T nuts on the bed and supports facing upwards. To assemble the insert, it needs to be gently bent before being slid into place from one side to the center of the top beam. Enjoy your newly designed Tarantula logo!
