A custom-designed hot end mount, optimized for use with the modular carriage system for 40x20 rails, was engineered to be both compact and lightweight while maintaining exceptional rigidity. The hot end fan is strategically positioned on the rear side, thereby enhancing visibility of the nozzle. A specially designed layer fan duct for 5015 fans is carefully aligned close to the nozzle, ensuring superior cooling of printed layers while keeping the nozzle itself at a high temperature. Future iterations will incorporate adjustable features, allowing users to modify the height of both the hot end and the layer fan as needed. Update: November 9th, 2018 A second set of fan mount holes was added to the hot end holder body. Additionally, a mirrored version of the fan duct was created.
