This is a custom Fan shroud designed specifically for the Tevo Tarantula. The hexagon all-metal hot end makes it an ideal choice for this printer model. It works seamlessly with the 20x40 Modular Carriage, which can be found on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1839201. Note that a small triangular piece has also been designed to fit the modular carriage, allowing for closer proximity to the carriage. Check out my other designs by searching for it in my things. This design utilizes a 40mm fan to effectively cool the heat break and the model being printed by splitting the air flow to both locations. The inspiration behind this design comes from LPA Fan ducts for Tevo Tarantula. Print Settings: * Printer: Tevo Tarantula * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.2 layer height * Infill: 30% Notes: I used PETG for this print and highly recommend using PETG or ABS, as they can withstand the temperature close to the hot end. PLA may not be suitable due to its limited temperature resistance. How I Designed This: Tinkercad was used to design this fan shroud. I designed this fan shroud using Tinkercad.
