This is a custom enclosure and frame brace assembly. To build this project, you'll need to gather the necessary hardware. I used 3/8" HDPE for the sides and 1/8" clear acrylic for the front, but feel free to choose your preferred materials. The hardware list includes M4x20 and M4x16 bolts, nuts, drop-in T-nuts, washers, and sheet metal screws as needed, along with magnets to secure the front panel, two-sided tape for hinges, and epoxy for magnet adhesion. I printed the components in ABS plastic, saw-cut the HDPE and acrylic using a precision saw.
