Tevo Tarantula Dual Radial part cooler with 40 mm fan

I've made some minor tweaks here and there to make the two fan holders on v3 even more sturdy. As I learned Fusion360, I streamlined my two-part v3 design so it prints without supports, making life easier. With v2 of this design, I addressed a few issues: - The hot end fan is now positioned for better visibility of the nozzle. - Outer edges of part cooler fans holder are thicker to prevent them from breaking during support removal. - I added one slot near upper screw holes of the hot end fan because it might interfere with X carriage holder design (may need extra work). Dual blower part cooler with interchangeable nozzles for stock Tevo Tarantula hot end. Since a good 40 mm fan design was hard to find, I combined TinkerCAD and the adapter 40 mm to 30 mm with an interchangeable version of Radial Fan Duct.
