Just installed the 18mm sensor mount on the dual fang radial fan duct for a standard Tevo Tarantula dual extruder setup. The top sensor nut fits snugly, but it's working fine so far. This modification puts my sensor 47mm to the right and 30mm forward of the first extruder. The result is nearly identical if you're using stock dual extruders.
