I quickly adapted an existing dual e3d v6 design to include the ability to precisely calibrate the Z offsets, all while maintaining accuracy in the X-Y position. This was my second attempt at designing an x carriage that would provide such flexibility. To achieve this, I employed a V slot that securely locks the XY position with just one M4 screw and nut positioned at the rear of the V. The Z adjustment is a simple process: simply loosen the M4 screw and reposition the hot end to the desired height.
