I created this template for cutting an 1/8th inch thick aluminum sheet, and it can also be printed. In this version, I used a lower duct under the gantry, so you'll need to adjust the extruders' position. This is why the sensor mount was designed separately. I wanted access to the set screw for the heat breaks, so I turned the extruder around, and also added a blower duct because I wasn't satisfied with the tiny 30mm fan's cooling performance. The lower duct only needs bed supports because it was designed to be printed without them. I believe I used .2mm layer height when printing it. Print the Front duct with the extruder facing down, using bed supports as well. I included a version with built-in supports for the mounting slot, but this one can also be printed without additional supports. I designed the duct supports to include an air filter. You can use a coffee filter or cut an air conditioning filter to size, and it should aid in filtering your print fumes and protect your fans from getting dirty. If you don't want the filter, you'll need to shim the lower part because it's spaced for accommodation of the filter. I chose to use flared copper pipe instead of plastic tubing so that I could use high temperature filament without any problems. The flared end also made loading filament much easier, given the limited space between the extruders. However, you can still use the pfte tube to direct the filament to the hot end if you prefer.
