In my relentless pursuit of silence, I've relocated the BLTouch outside the air flow rather than placing it directly in front of the fan. \r\n\r\nHere are reinforced double blower holders designed for :\r\n- Single extruder setups \r\n- Chimera dual hotends\r\n\r\nAs well as those BLTouch supports :\r\n- Below the carriage, embedded screw heads (not recommended)\r\n- Below the carriage, embedded nuts (enables maintenance without removing the wheels)\r\n- Attached to the 30mm fan, but out of the air flow. **<<< highly recommended** file BLTouch_layer_fan_4.stl\r\n\r\n**If you're looking for a fast and easy way to attach the BLTouch on a dual extruder head, the small corner piece is the solution, an alternative is this one :** https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2396504\r\n\r\nThis version features modified ducts that prevent melting on the hotends, and a reinforced front bar with a hole for the fan. \r\n\r\n*I've also provided a single extruder version*\r\n\r\nBLTouch is attached using the spacer bar, which replaces the 5mm wheel spacers.\r\nI've (roughly) remixed this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2010315 to avoid requiring removal of the nearly 20 wires that pass through the X carriage plate.\r\n\r\n**UPDATE:** A new version that embeds nuts rather than screw heads is preferred, as it won't necessitate disassembling the X-Carriage again if you need to remove the BLTouch for maintenance.\r\n\r\n**If you intend to print ABS, print the dual duct in ABS** or it will become soft and bend onto your print due to the 100°C bed temperature.\r\n\r\nSee it in action : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQyQSv_8mD0
