Tevo Tarantula Circuit Board Scribe V1

See V2 for an updated version of this accessory: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2923007 A spring loaded scribe tool makes scraping ink off a blank circuit board easy, as shown by Lamja Electronics in their video. By covering a blank circuit board with permanent marker or lithographic etchant resist ink and then using this scribe to scrape the ink away, one can achieve incredibly fine tracks. These tracks are close enough to make very detailed surface mount pin spacing on a 3D printer. For double sided boards, printing a couple of L shaped sections of PLA first allows accurate registration between sides. My version is perhaps a little more complex but guarantees rigidity in the lateral axes while retaining the ability to follow any deviations in height due to warped blank PCB material. It is also very small and lightweight. The attachment can stay on the printer as it uses the back side of the existing X Carriage on the Tarantula. A short test video is here: https://youtu.be/kfCJkPUPo9I And the first test on an actual circuit board here: https://youtu.be/JkYieoZbty4 This design was made for the Tarantula but included more mounting holes so it can be used on other printers with the addition of the appropriate mounting adapter block. Three V-groove bearings kinematically couple the scribe to the backplane while allowing movement only in the Z axis under spring tension. The screw hole for the kinematic adjustment is slotted and takes an M3 locknut on the back, a slot for which is provided. There is a small retaining bushing that can be inserted between the spring plug and the scribe lifter. This will keep the spike raised during regular 3d printing. The attachment can stay on the printer as it uses the back side of the existing X Carriage on the Tarantula. The scribing 'backplane' can be changed out for any another tool which uses the same mounting block/holes. The holes are 16mm apart.
