I made some adjustments to the lower portion of the spool holder, adding more material to it, and shortened its length to approximately 7 inches or 178 millimeters. This modification works perfectly with the 1 kilogram spools I've been printing from. This setup requires two t-nuts and bolts to securely attach it to the frame.
