It's a remix of a Creality CR10 knob, scaled down in size and featuring a recess designed to accommodate the original Tarantula knobs. The original knobs are pressed firmly into these larger knobs. There are numerous CR10 knobs available, all sharing a similar appearance. Once I identify the source of the original file, I will provide proper credit to its creator.
