This carriage is quite a handful, can't seem to tighten those offset nuts enough for the bearing to snugly settle into the extrusion groove. Installing this carriage can be a real challenge. One approach is to remove the extrusion and slide it on. I took a different route - first, I fit in the two rear bearings, then while holding them firmly in place within the extrusion groove, I fitted the front bearings. I highly recommend taking out the bridge for easier access. Fitting the limit switch was a real struggle; I had to drill the holes slightly larger to make it work.
